ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Joe12 is an immersive video experience featuring over 30 hours of footage spread out over 12 weeks.

Designed to give you a big picture view of the different aspects of being a modern guitarist, we’ll dive deep into the many topics often not covered by the usual online tutorials.

  • Can anyone do the Program?

    Yes! The program is designed for all levels and abilities.

  • How does it work?

    The JOES12 program is based online, so all content will become available within your personal dashboard as you progress through the weeks. Some emails do accompany the program, however it is always best to login to your personal dashboard to access your daily content.

  • What if I miss a week?

    No problems! Each week new content is unlocked as you progress through the course. However, you can always go back and rewatch and consume any of the content in the previous weeks.

  • How long do I have access for?

    The course is for 12 weeks. When you have finished you can come back and rewatch and re-download any course related material at any time. Please don't share you log-in with friends however.

    We guarantee you will have access to the course material (you user account) for at least one year after the date of your course completion.

  • Am I locked in to a contract?

    No - as no program is locked in and we always want you to feel positively in control of your journey, there is no minimum period required. You can cancel your Program at any time from within your personal dashboard and your request will be processed immediately.


    Of course you may also request to cancel via getting in touch with us at hello@joes12.com, however the processing of cancellation requests this way would not be immediate.

  • How do I join?

    Simply select the Subscribe button from the top bar and you will be taken to the secure registration page to complete your details and you will be on your way!

  • What support will I receive?

    hello@joes12.com is a publicly available support email dedicated to assisting Program members, as well as anyone who has an enquiry relating to, or (where possible) similar to, the JOES12 Program.

    Joe and the team are also actively involved in many support group discussions. Once you become a member we will pass through the special link to request access!

    Please note our team is based in and operates within Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) including Daylight Savings Time, so email replies will generally be sent within standard business hours.

  • How do I cancel my membership?

    As no program is locked in and we always want you to feel positively in control of your journey, you can cancel your Program at any time from within your personal dashboard and your request will be processed immediately.

    Of course you may also request to cancel via getting in touch with us at hello@joes12.com, however the processing of the request this way will not be immediate. If on the weekly payment option and hoping to avoid your next weekly payment, it is always best to self-cancel within your dashboard, otherwise if cancelling via email we must receive a minimum of 3 days’ notice.
