Keb' Mo'

Keb' Mo' is a four-time Grammy Award-winning blues artist and singer/songwriter from Compton, California.

He has collaborated with the likes of James Taylor, Bonnie Raitt, Eric Clapton, Taj Mahal, Vince Gill, Jackson Browne and written songs for BB King, Buddy Guy, Joe Cocker, The Dixie Chicks and the Zac Brown Band.

He has released more than 16 albums and has been described as "a living link to the seminal Delta blues that travelled up the Mississippi River and across the expanse of America”.

Keb' Mo' has been based in Nashville for a number of years now.  We first met in 2010 at the famous Birchmere Club in the Washington DC area, where I was the opener for two shows.  Over the years we’ve written songs together and crossed paths at the airport a few times. He beams positivity and is a brilliant guitar slinger, storyteller, and a man I admire very much.
